Gina Rizzi, President of ARCUS Marketing Group, LLC, is a speaker and passionate advocate for helping businesses drive financial performance while positively impacting society and the environment. An active investor and entrepreneur, her companies range from life sciences to real estate, Tech-Enabled B2B Supply Chain Platform VRA Connect, Cloud-Based Sustainability Platform BMP Hero, and Radius Sports Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary that provides sustainability consulting within the golf and sports industry.

Prior to founding ARCUS in 2010, Ms. Rizzi led business development, sustainability, sports marketing, and media operations at organizations including Avis Budget Group, Inc., Time Inc., and 3M. Ms. Rizzi also served as executive director of Free Arts for Abused Children of Illinois, a non-profit helping abused, homeless, and neglected children. 

She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a Master of Business Administration, Cum Laude, and Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, High Honors. She holds Certificates in Sustainable Energy Management from Presidio Graduate School, Sustainability Best Practices from the Global Business Travel Association, and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Standards. Ms. Rizzi serves on the American Golf Industry Coalition procurement workgroup, is an affiliate member of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, the Sierra Nevada Golf Course Superintendents Association, Southern Nevada Golf Course Superintendents Association, and the U.S. Green Building Council.
